We welcome each of you to the Livingston Parish Fair. Since our humble beginning in 1937, our mission has remained the same; to bring this parish a grand ole fair filled with joy, tradition, and community spirit. As we open the gates this year, we invite you to step inside with a smile on your face and joy in your heart, ready to celebrate together.

Over the last five years, our fair family has faced more than its share of challenges. From the hardships of COVID to the devastating impact of Hurricane Ida, many of our beloved fairground structures were damaged or lost. Yet, through it all, the heart of our fair never wavered. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our dedicated volunteer committee, the generous support of our community, and the help of grants, we have rebuilt much of what was lost. The progress you see around the grounds today is a true labor of love, a reflection of resilience, teamwork, and shared commitment.

Each of our committee members pours countless hours into planning, building, and creating an event that brings our community together. It is not simply about rides, food, or shows; it is about the memories made, the traditions carried on, and the bonds of community strengthened year after year.

So, tuck your worries away for a while and let the sights, sounds, and laughter of the Livingston Parish Fair remind you of the joy in gathering.
